FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
For portrait sessions: you will receive unedited proofs within two days. After you have made your selections and any special editing requests, I will get to work and have your full edited gallery emailed to you within 2 weeks.
For weddings and events: you will receive unedited proofs within three days. After you have made your selections and any special editing requests, I will get to work and have your full edited gallery emailed to you within 6 weeks.
How can I pay?
50% of the total cost is due on or before the session date. The other 50% is due by the day of the session. I accept cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.
Do you travel?
I am willing to travel up to 60 miles from Lancaster, CA, uncompensated. For sessions farther than 60 miles, I charge a travel fee of $.50 (fifty cents) per mile, or I require that my airfare and boarding are covered.
What if I want extra editing?
All packages include basic portrait editing and retouching. This includes but is not limited to color correction, backdrop retouching, blemish/scratch retouching, softening of the under-eye area, subtle skin smoothing, contrast/sharpening, and long stray hair removal. Extensive editing is available for $25 per photo. This is includes but is not limited to braces removal, excessive tan line removal, teeth whitening, large object removal, and body and face repositioning,
How does the process work?
1. Submit booking request.
After our initial email, I will send you a few forms to fill out regarding your needs and some documents giving you information about my policies.
2. Sign Contract
To reserve your date, I will send you an electronic contract that you and I will both sign. 50% of the total fee is due within ten days of signing the contract. The full payment is due on or before the session date.
3. The Big Day
A few days before, I will send you a few reminders and suggestions for making our shoot go smoothly. I'll go over the schedule with you and confirm all locations. During our session, you have nothing to worry about. I'll either be taking candids, or guiding you through posing.
4. Photo Delivery
Within 2-3 days, I will email you a gallery of unedited proofs. You will choose your favorites for me to edit, and put in any Extensive Editing requests. You can purchase additional photos for $5/photo. I will work my magic and deliver your photos to you via a secure online gallery within 2 weeks for portraits, 6 weeks for weddings and events. You can then download your photos and share them with your friends and family.
